FAQ's
Our primary objective is to provide top-tier resources to our clients. To do this we need to make sure that we pay our Mission70 members well and fairly for the role they are fulfilling. Rates are role, member & experience specific. Part of our onboarding process is to share with you what the industry standard rate is and work with you to see if this meets your satisfaction. We will then represent you to obtain that rate with our clients.
Contractually, they are a minimum of 1 month but have no maximum duration. Typically, we are placing roles between 3 and 12 months depending on the role and the project size. Historically, our average duration placement is 7.2 months.
Outside. Our clients are looking exclusively for short-term flexible resource placements outside of IR35. Our contracts are placed with your limited companies, and our ways of working make this extremely clear and straight forward to ensure compliance.
Essentially, yes. However, if you are not currently freelance, we can share some guidance on how to transition to Freelance and set up your own limited or solae trader company. Mission70 does not employ individuals on our payroll, but rather we connect top-tier freelances to the best solar & BESS projects in the country.
To start with, we would ask you to fill in the enquiry form on our Contact page. We will then send you an application form to fill in. Following that, on the basis that you meet the initial minimum requirements, we will organise a Teams meet & greet and explore your ideal role for deployment. Its as simple as that!
